At SNEAKERSNSTUFF, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure that all sneaker boxes are protected by an outer mailing box to maintain their resale value.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the sneakers in their original branded box and secure them inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
